I’m currently Director of Product Design at Glassdoor, leading Design System, AI and Community teams to help people connect, belong, and grow their careers.

Previously, I was Head of Design at New_Public, leading the Community Lab that focused on building patterns for healthier digital communities. At Instagram, I drove equity-focused design to remove barriers for marginalized communities, and at Spotify, I was a founding designer for Creator building tools like Spotify for Artists.
